Kaidah Fikih “Al-Ashlu Fi Al-Asyya’ Al-Ibahah” dalam Konteks Ekonomi dan Bisnis Syariah

Abstract

This paper reviews the rules governing halal and haram in business in accordance with Islamic principles, which enables a deeper understanding of economic management in accordance with Islamic law. The results and interim conclusions of this paper are: The Jurisprudence of "Al-ashlu fi al-asyya' al-ibahah," which can be translated as "The Basic Principle of Halal (permissible)," has important relevance in the context of Islamic business. This principle emphasizes that the origin of everything is permissible, unless there is a clear evidence that indicates otherwise. In Islamic business, this principle is used as a legal basis to determine whether a business transaction or product is halal or haram.
