Article Processing Charges

Islamic Economics and Finance Journal is an open-access journal. All published articles are freely available to readers and institutions without subscription or access charges.

The journal does not charge any submission fee. However, authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 500,000 after their manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. No payment is required during the manuscript submission and peer-review processes.

Authors who are unable to pay the APC may submit a waiver request to the editorial team. Each request will be considered individually based on the authors’ circumstances, and the waiver decision will not influence the editorial or peer-review process.

The journal also provides a full APC waiver for manuscripts resulting from international collaboration, particularly articles co-authored by researchers affiliated with institutions in different countries.
